I like to think of myself as an activist for anything promoting positive well-being and peace. Fitness and wellness count for a lot of the stress in our life’s.

So here I am to share the knowledge I have gained working for an International nutrition-based company, and the many classes I have taken in holistic medicine and bio-chemistry; to therefore, give you the tools to control your health.
